Mascara Cap Pick-up Robot
Mascara Bottle Cap Insertion Machine

This fully automated machine inserts caps into mascara bottles in less than one second. Caps are randomly delivered on a conveyor and the robot picks them up and places them into the escape mechanism. That mechanism then transports the cap to the bottle location. A vertical air cylinder inserts the cap into the bottle (see second video).
